They used to have similar laws and regulations in the Soviet Union-dictating on every possible area of your privacy, how many people in homes, how many cars you could own, where you could travel, etc, etc.
What's next? How many steaks you can cook on a grill at PTC park by the lake?

On the bright side, it is just great that things are so bright i Fyetteville that our authorities don't have pressing things to discuss and solve.
