derelicts with signs

What has happen to our beautiful city? I'm sitting at the red light at the Court House this weekend and on each corner is a dead beat holding a 25% sale sign for one of the box stores. This looks like crap, you see this all the time in Riverdale and on Tara Blvd but now its here and looks like trash.

Our city needs to nip this practice in the bud enough of Clayton County is enough in our county.

I agree that the Sign People are out of control. Near the new Courthouse I saw a lawyer with a suit on that said "Will Help You Enter Guilty Plea for Food". Out of control.
