How dare he!

How dare the owner of the land at 74 and Rockaway try and sell his land!!! We must stop him. He needs to sit on his hands and keep his land so we don't have to endure convenient access to a decent home improvement store! The nerve of some people to think they can do what they want with their own property.

"How dare the owner of the land at 74 and Rockaway try and sell his land!!!"

The family has been trying to sell it for 20 years. It's mostly in a floodplain.

They had a chance to sell it a few years ago but the developer never responded to the planning commission about changes to the site plan.

"we don't have to endure convenient access to a decent home improvement store!"

You must still be riding that tricycle. Those of us that are adults drive cars and trucks and don't have a problem with driving to HD, that would be a whole 6 miles.

That's right, I forgot, you're one of the lame and lazy crowd.

"The nerve of some people to think they can do what they want with their own property."

And I suppose we should change the DUI standards just for you so you can drink that extra six pack before you go home.

What's wrong with leaving the zoning the way it's been for "YEARS"?

Just you can't find someone to buy the worthless property doesn’t mean rest us should have to suffer.

Now young James, lunch is over, it's now time for your nap.

It is not about doing what he wants to do with his property it is about changing the original zoning.
