WESTMORELAND'S CONTRIBUTION DURING THE PLAME-WILSON HEARING

After watching the Plame-Wilson hearings this morning on CSPAN - I just want to know what are the opinions of those who the Congressman represents regarding his questions and contribution during the Federal Committees' hearings. Thanks.

Westmoreland sounded like an old movie making fun of southern congressmen. He kept wanting more time to say nothing.
The watchers of FOX would have no interest in this hearing, even if Cheney, Rove and Bush outed 65 other operatives during the hearing.
What the idiots are trying to defend is that once a covert operative, always a covert operative! The amount of time on a mission is of little import.
If you are outed, all of the contacts you have had over the years now know who you are!!!!!! They may still want you.
Novak also knew this but it was a scoop from his buddies. Shameful.
If she wasn't attractive and was a man who looked like James Bond, there wouldn't be any problem.
These people are simply awful!!!!

Congressman ThreeCommandmants is getting roasted by the pundits on cable news networks. "Unprepared" "acted as if he was trying to pick her up in a bar" "surprised he didn't ask if she knew Jesus" are some of the comments I've heard from the commentators.

Also of interest: This story is the lead story of the day on ABC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN....everyplace but *drumroll* Fox News. In fairness to Fox, they have an "exclusive": "THE STARTLING CONTENTS OF ANNA NICOLE'S MEDICINE CABINET! ONLY ON FOX!"

Your future Governor Westmoreland was quoted at the Congressional hearings as saying "I know I appear nervous...." The truth be known, he was nervous. He was confronted with a witness (Ms. Plame) that was both intelligent and cared about her country. Westmoreland could not relate to either. By now the White House must be saying to Westmoreland "Thank you for voting mindlessly for whatever we put out there but please just don't say anything and don't introduce any more of those goofy bills."

about her job duties reporting to the government about weapons of mass destruction, about how many undercover operatives outside the USA that had worked for us in intelligence gathering were compromised.

Congressman "country bumpkins" ask her what political party she is affiliated with?

Sir, your a disgrace to those you represent.

I couldn't believe my eyes or ears. The citizens of this District deserve better! This was the first time that I heard Valerie Wilson speak. She is more than a pretty face! Poised, confident, intelligent, etc., etc., etc. Her dignity made Westmoreland look more incompetent than ever. Surely there is someone in this area who can properly represent the citizens of Fayette County!! Thanks for taking a moment to share your opinion. Now all of America knows how 'under-represented' we are!!. Any ideas on who can replace him?
