Scattered: why

Vice President Cheney is in Japan. Secretary Rice is in Israel/Palestine. Congress took another week off.
We have no problems with Japan except they won't help us with Iraq, but might with Korea if we asked.
The Israelis and Palestinians put up with Rice, as does other countries, but she is not going to accomplish anything lasting, ever.
Never in our history have we ended up with such a bunch of educated people in office who know absolutely nothing about foreign policy, or common sense.
