my father and I are the closest living relatives to those burried here

My father and I are the closest living relatives to those buried here. I have talked with over 20 plus family members and not a single one want this cemetery moved.

The developer also quoted me in saying that I had no problems with this. This is not true.

This is the conversation:

1. My number one opinion is this: Do not move the cemetery.

2. I will check with what the family members say. This is what they say, "Do not move the cemetery.

3. If it has to be moved, do it in a professional manner. I do not believe they are at this point

What cemetary are you commenting about? My family helped to start Fayetteville. I doubt you are the only living relatives in the area as many of the original people are still here.

What cemetary are you discussing? Who wants to move it?
Hint: I might take what you said as ok to move it also, since you said I will ask the family---maybe he heard nothing? also, move it professionally seems to say ok.
Just tell them flat out, no, I don't want you to move it, and if you want compensation, tell them how much.
