News on TV is a farce

I heard three different tales today on what the administration, or the white house, as they say, about what would happen now in Iraq, or Afghanistan.
One: PM of Iraq said 2-3 months with enough American weapons to his soldiers would allow us to leave.
Two: It will take "time" to arm and man the Iraqi army so we can leave, maybe ten years.
Three: The PM of Iraq said he had been cheated out of arms promised and that was the main problem. He didn't want our troops just arms.
I don't know what the Joint Chiefs are saying, nor the Generals, nor the Sec. of Defense.
Think a minute: we haven't even "armed" our own soldiers completely in these five years since 911. Where are the hundreds of thousands of small firearms
to come from in three months, how about Armored Humvees? How about mortars? How about intelligence forces? How about helicopters and pilots? How about transport trucks, fuel, spare parts, food and pay for the soldiers?
Scores of generals should have been raising hell for at least three years!
