Local wrestling teams place in top 10 of Fayette County Christmas Classic

Fayette County High School hosted their annual Christmas Classic wrestling tournament last week and teams from local schools performed very well. Whitewater placed second overall behind Stockbridge, while Starr’s Mill took fourth and Fayette County placed seventh.

It looks like, once again, Fayette County has a bumper crop of wrestlers.

For those of you that have not seen HS wrestling, it is not hard to get addicted to this sport.
Great job once again by our schools.
