parade at night

Recently heard about a parade in Tyrone at night.

I thought it was a joke at first and was waiting for the punchline.

It never came.

Who came up with this brilliant idea? A parade in the dark, when it is 10 to 20 degrees colder than it was during the day. You won't be able to see anything. Will Miss Georgia be in a parka?

And they want people to bring flashlights to help light the way. You know what else would help light up the parade? The sun.

You have tree lightings at night - of course - but you have parades during the day.

Somebody drill some sense into the people behind this sure-fire debacle.

Might be OK.

Disney World has always had late night parades.

Is it a Christmas parade? Will the floats be decorated with lots of Christmas lights? They might pull it off.
