Could someone provide the name of a good, reliable and reasonable handyman? I need some work done on my baseboards, porch and in need of new front steps.

JD Perry 404 422-4284 Decks/porches are right up his alley. I would not call him a trim man, but he can get the job done.
He lives in Fayetteville, and has reasonable rates.

And I'm sure that since you have never heard of JD Perry, he MUST be a nobody . Right ?

Isn't this the same Texas joker who told the Florida supreme court that they had no authority when dealing with Texans, and then sued the US supreme court to make G. Bush President? Didn't want to count some votes, and recount any!
Man, what a difference that might have made with this terrible mess we are in now if Gore had won?
