Avenue Parking

We come to Peachtree City every holiday to visit relative. Every year we stay at the hotel in the Avenue shooping center. Every year we have the same problem, no parking spaces for guests. Shopperspark in the hotel parking lot (even though signs are posted throughout the parking lot) and leave no room for guests. We suggested to management that they should enforce the signs and the cars that park and then walk over to the shopping area. Maybe after people start getting towed they will learn to read the signs.

I have no problem with the quality of the Sleep Inn. I've only heard good things about it from those who are used to hotels in that price range. Well, except for the breakfast. But with Atlanta Bread Company and Starbucks so close by, who needs the hotel breakfast? Smiling

The parking thing should be a no-brainer for the management. Require hotel guests to have a parking permit showing in their window. Post and ENFORCE towing signs, making sure that the signs state the towing costs will be paid by the owner of the vehicle, not the hotel owner. Then start calling Parker Wrecker EVERY TIME.

It that all you have to complain about? Get the hotel manager to put on a coat and kick people out of the lot. The Holiday Inn on Crosstown Drive is cheaper anyway.

the Best Western is at Crosstown. Holiday Inn is by Target. AND...you get what you pay for.

We have people come over from Europe all the time, and were putting them up at the Holiday Inn by the new Target. The last person we had in town stayed at the Sleep Inn, and enjoyed it so much because he could walk the Avenue while he wasn't with us.
I didn't see his room, but he said everything was great expect the breakfast. The Sleep Inn is cheaper than the Holiday Inn, and better located. You're right... you get what you pay for. He paid for his parking space when he paid for his room.
