Two Fayetteville teens have been arrested for the Friday armed robbery of a Peachtree City man at Chateau Marnelle mobile home park, and the victim was later arrested for criminal trespassing in what may have been an attempt to get revenge for the crime.

Kyle Jordan Lindsey, 17, of 410 Georgia Avenue, Fayetteville and Dominic Northover, 19, of 330 Camford Stone Path, Fayetteville were arrested for the armed robbery of Daniel Steven Needham, 21, of Peachtree City, according to arrest warrants filed in conjunction with the investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.

Lindsey robbed Needham of $450 at knifepoint, and he was aided by Northover, police said. Lindsey was charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault and false imprisonment; Northover was charged with being a party to the crime of armed robbery and false imprisonment.

Needham was arrested after Fayetteville police say he went to Lindsey’s house the next day and drove through the yard, knocking down a mailbox. Needham was charged with criminal trespassing.

Northover was also charged with three other teens with felony marijuana possession within 1,000 feet of a school zone stemming from a separate incident that took place near the LaFayette Education Center, police said. The charges were filed on Northover, his brother Richard Dean Northover, 17, of 330 Camstone Path, Howard Craig Gustaviue, 17, of 200 Camstone Path and Jeremy Allen Wang, 17, of 185 Poplar Way, Fayetteville, police said.

According to the arrest warrant, all four suspects had possession of 18.8 grams of marijuana at the Northovers’ home.

Drugs are not a good idea.

Drugs are good, if they kill the people who are selling them and using them. Sadly not enough of these parasites OD.

John, it appears, once again, always, every time, that copying information from a police report or press release, is the only thing the "Citizen" is capable of.

What happened to the "WHEN", "WHERE", "WHO", "WHAT", "WHY" and "HOW" of journalism?

Cal must have one heck of a leash on you people.

You'll notice that I refrained from referring to you, et al, as "reporters" or "journalists".

What does Cal pay "secretaries" anyway?

I'm left to believe that the "Citizen" really is afraid of anything that look official when it comes to asking a question.

P.S. I hope you "copied" the addresses, from the police report, correctly.

You got it real bad for that guy. Drinking a lot of Haterade, I see.

I can't think of any questions Munford could have asked that wouldn't just have the cops guessing as to the answers. If and when it goes to court, you'll here these jokers sides of the story but as to the 5 W's and the H.

When Tuesday
Where - Marnelle Mobile Home Park
Who - Kyle Jordan Lindsey and Dominic Northover
What - arrested
Why - For armed robbery and one of the guys was also arrested for possession of marijuana

How - Oops, you caught him - he doesn't explain how the police arrested these guys - I'd guess handcuffs.

It seems Mr. Munford had a lot more details other than the answers to these basic questions. Including how the guy who was robbed, got arested for seeking revenge. You could probably write a dime novel about this story of robbery, drugs and revenge, but that isn't Mr. Munford's job. His job is to report the basic facts and anything that might be noteworthy about a case that is unfortunately not terribly noteworthy in this area anymore.

Now put it on a cart path or involve the grandson of a former President and you might have something that requires an in-depth story.

Anyway, cut the guy some slack - unless of course he did kill your dog.

Why were Lindsey and Northover at Needham’s house?

What brought them together? Drugs?

What are the histories of these people? Do any of them have any previous criminal records? If so for what?

When did these incidents take place? 2:00 AM, 4:00 PM?

Any chance young children may have been close by, like getting off of a school bus?

How did these people know one another?

How did Northover know where Lindsey lived?

Where are the parents?

Based on the article, the police could have just faxed the arrest warrant to the Citizen with a sticky note that read, “Print this”.

This is indicative of the style of "reporting" that the Citizen does.

When I asked John about the hold-up of the TDK project, like "why the delay", he was silent as usual. We all heard how the Mayor said that this property acquisition was eminent any yet here we are a MONTH later and it still hasn't happened.

John was at that meeting and heard the same thing as the rest of us. You would think that after a MONTH his curiosity would have been tweaked.

I harbor no dislike for John or the Citizen. I thank them for allowing us to have this forum.

I do however feel that they never bother to ask any questions and am left to ask why?

I agree, I like it short and sweet. What's the point in dragging a story on and on and on...I think Munford is a great writer. I understand what he writes and he gets to the point without writing a book. For those of you who want to read a book go buy one otherwise leave Munford alone.
