Two Fayetteville teens have been arrested for the Friday armed robbery of a Peachtree City man at Chateau Marnelle mobile home park, and the victim was later arrested for criminal trespassing in what may have been an attempt to get revenge for the crime. Kyle Jordan Lindsey, 17, of 410 Georgia Avenue, Fayetteville and Dominic Northover, 19, of 330 Camford Stone Path, Fayetteville were arrested for the armed robbery of Daniel Steven Needham, 21, of Peachtree City, according to arrest warrants filed in conjunction with the investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. Lindsey robbed Needham of $450 at knifepoint, and he was aided by Northover, police said. Lindsey was charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault and false imprisonment; Northover was charged with being a party to the crime of armed robbery and false imprisonment. Needham was arrested after Fayetteville police say he went to Lindsey’s house the next day and drove through the yard, knocking down a mailbox. Needham was charged with criminal trespassing. Northover was also charged with three other teens with felony marijuana possession within 1,000 feet of a school zone stemming from a separate incident that took place near the LaFayette Education Center, police said. The charges were filed on Northover, his brother Richard Dean Northover, 17, of 330 Camstone Path, Howard Craig Gustaviue, 17, of 200 Camstone Path and Jeremy Allen Wang, 17, of 185 Poplar Way, Fayetteville, police said. According to the arrest warrant, all four suspects had possession of 18.8 grams of marijuana at the Northovers’ home. login to post comments |
