Delicious, fire grilled, American favorites are the heart and soul of the Smokey Bones restaurant menu. Whether you are there to enjoy watching your favorite team on any of the 35 TV's with interactive sound boxes, having a family night out, or having a "one hour mountain vacation", you will find many options from appetizers, salads, steaks or a slice of chocolate peanut butter pie to satisfy your craving. Large portions and great service adds value to this Rocky Mountain themed experience.

To start the meal out right, there are many appetizers to choose from. Skillet cornbread with pecan crushed butter is a classic with a twist, whereas others may prefer tasty Barbeque Chicken Nachos. Fresh salads include the signature Lodge Salad, which uniquely blends a mixture of crisp greens, sunflower seeds, toasted pecans, roasted green peas that is tossed in a creamy santa fe dressing topped with sesame sticks.

Robb Morris, the General Manager, says his favorite dish is the Honey Glazed Salmon that is served on a bed of sautéed bell peppers and onions. Another popular item is the hand seasoned Kansas City Flat Iron Steak, which is served with a roasted portobello mushroom sauce. Barbeque Chicken and Shrimp is also a winning combination.

Enjoy the half-pound "two-handed" burgers made with your choice of 100 percent Angus beef or buffalo, all cooked to order. A house specialty, the Bleu Portobello Burger comes topped with crumbled bleu cheese, roasted Portobello mushrooms and sauteed onions. Or on the lighter side, satisfy your hunger with a delectable Grilled Chicken Flatbread Sandwich.
The award-winning Baby Back and St. Louis Ribs are hand marinated and slow smoked, then brushed with a sweet barbecue glaze and finished on the grill for "fall of the bone" perfection. Every table has a thick, sweet barbecue sauce and a mustard-style version that allows guests to customize their dishes according to their own tastes.

Every entree is served with a choice of side items, including a baked potato, loaded mashed potatos fresh steamed asparagus or broccoli, and many more!

Melt in your mouth Chocolate Peanut Butter pie in a crispy graham cracker crust is the best way to end your meal at Smokey Bones. Also popular with desserts, make sure to request Robb's Signature "After Dinner Mint.”

"We go above and beyond customer expectations," states Morris as he gestures to a basket of new Etch-A-Sketches he has brought into the restaurant to entertain the children while they eat. "This a restaurant with a casual family environment. Families return here because they know that food and service is great," explains Morris as he points out that most of the staff has been there since it opened three and a half years ago. "The staff has a cooperative spirit and are happy to be here," Morris says. Having exceptional service is something the restaurant prides itself on.
