Prof. Bill Youngson from Australia
G'Day from the Land down under.
I was pleased to read the story about the Confederate Soldier. It is a very true and accurate account.
I served as a British Army Officer (Captain) (62-69) in Africa, Mid and Far East. We did all right!
A member of our family was a Farrier at the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314. He had the same name as me!
I was born in Scotland in 1946, educated worldwide by academia and travel.
I have lived permanently in Australia since 1974. It is a good and sometimes lucky country.
Cheers,
Bill Youngson
