PTC_1994: Impatient Killers!

I don’t know what the cause of yesterday’s accident on I-85 S, before Exit 61, was but I have a good suspicion that another rude, impatient driver caused it, like it has happened so many times in the same place. Perfectly nice people turn into demons when they get behind the wheel and endanger their and everyone else’s lives around them. All, because they can’t bear waiting their turn and have to prove something (maybe how uncivilized they are) by trying to get ahead of as many law-abiding people as they can. I have been commuting from Peachtree City to Atlanta for 12 years and everyday, taking exit 61 is the most dangerous part of my trip. I see it almost everyday; people trying to get ahead of the line of cars in the exit lane by speeding in the adjacent lane and when they find a car-length gap, slam on their brakes with absolutely no regards for the vehicles following them or the vehicles adjacent to them. I wish these people would come to their senses and at least think about how dangerous this is to them, never mind other people. I hope the charred asphalt on I-85 will be a reminder to these people to be more courteous drivers. I feel sorry for the 2 people who lost their lives yesterday and even more for their families. My condolences to them. I just hope no one else will have to go through a similar thing again.
