Back when Paris Hilton was at her peak in popularity, gossip bloggers liked to write about her because she got a bunch of hits to their website, especially if you snuck in the word "nude" next to her name. I consider H1N1 to be the ultimate link bait for health care bloggers and political websites. This applies to television networks and anyone looking to capatalize off  the 'story' any way they can.
