I was just reviewing the weekly enews from Betsy Tyler.

Once again, I am amazed at the utter incompetence of the city staff, to whit, our Town Manager.

As I ride around PTC, I can't help but think who to vote for in the upcoming elections. I struggle as we all do trying to decide what is best for our town, myself and my family.
