Atheists. It may
seem a little strange, but the first people I want to mention today
are atheists. These folks, of course, believe there is no
God. Its not politically correct to say this, but its my
opinion that atheists have a lot of problems. I dont mean they
are all evil horrible-acting people, but they have some issues
that must not be easy to live with.
World

I was listening
to a conservative talk show host the other day as he claimed that we
had won World War III, which was the Cold War. I believe he was 100
percent on target although the media has not yet picked up on this obvious
idea. I served most of my 30-year military career facing off the Russians
to the East in Berlin, and Cuba to the south, and North Korea to the
north.
Living
with pain

Last week, I said
that we Americans are a spoiled people. We have things to do, people
to see, places to go. We do not have time to be brought down, slowed
down, or even influenced by our physical pain. So we will turn to anything
to alleviate any pain that dares to slow us or stop us from achieving
all our goals and being all we want to be. And, oh yeah, we also reach
for drugs or alcohol or sex or other potential addictions to relieve
the pain of not having goals.
