Why is this doctor prosecuted?

Fayetteville citizens: Who will your courts prosecute next? A doctor who delivered 1100 babies? A doctor who performed an emergency c-section to save a 10-pound baby whose mom could not push him out? Will it be the president next?

Who 35 people said he wronged them? Or will your courts listen to people who were in the doctor’s office around the alleged times of allegations?

I am dumb-founded by the lack of concern, the quick prosecution without thorough review of both sides letters.

Were the 35 letters read by the courts? Or was the decision a tiring routine one and the letters became insignificant? Yet the prosecution came.

What is going on in your courts? Do you know? I think I do. Especially, when I listen to my child’s laughter. He’s growing fast.

My son was born April 2003 at Henry Medical Center.

Marcia Hutchins,

High Risk OB/GYN Patient of Orlando Cano, M.D.
