Cart ruling affecting quality of life?

When I read about a Peachtree City councilman complaining about how a law limiting who can or can't drive golf carts affects "quality of life" in the Republic of Peachtree City, I wonder if you people are in touch with reality.

With all that you have, with all the wrongs in the world, with all the poverty, terrorism, war, crime, bad economy, etc., in the world, you, in your obvious arrogance, are worried about who can drive a damn golf cart without getting a ticket. You PTC people are sniffing a different reality, or maybe you're sniffing something else.
