Just wanted to let you know that all charges against Jacob Marullo and Joseph Bates have been dropped due to lack of evidence.

You were quick to print a report publicizing the arrest, but I doubt you would find an article clearing our names nearly as interesting.

It seems ridiculous that the court system still believes in innocence until guilt has been proven, but The Citizen does not.

If you would like to print another article regarding the events of March 20, 2003, please contact me for whatever information required.
