Ruling hurts ill, handicapped

I wanted to give my input to the state's ruling on golf carts. My neighbor is a single mother of three; she has multiple sclerosis. Her daughter will be 15 in August.

She was counting on her daughter being able to use the golf cart to get groceries for the family since mom is losing her eyesight and can't drive much anymore. She currently pays someone to drive around for her.

This ruling is going to squash those plans, not to mention the plans of many, many more in this community. Quite frankly, this ruling is hurting many senior citizens, minorities, visitors, etc., not just our teens. This was a bad move and has lots of people here in Peachtree City upset!
