CCSU seminar to address employment issues In the last several years, employers have had to come to grips with the two most significant pieces of federal employment legislation since the Civil Rights Act of 1964 the Americans with Disabilities Act in 1990 and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. Together, these two new laws have had a dramatic impact on a key aspect of the employment relationship how an employer responds to employee health concerns.
