County's population growth rate slowed last year to its lowest in years,
while Coweta County's numbers surpassed its neighbor to the east for
the first time since the 1980s, according to estimates released this

drug agents seize steroid pills, vials
Agents
of the Fayette County Drug Task Force have seized a large quantity of
both oral and injectable steroid drugs during two recent busts in the
Peachtree City area.

Communities contends that the Fayette County Commission improperly rezoned
a 364-acre tract of land north of Peachtree City for lots with a minimum
size of two acres.
