Basketball
teams battle as season nears end
Tuesday
night's basketball action saw several local teams get key region wins,
while others lost in tough contests.
McIntosh
to send more swimmers to state meet
McIntosh High School's
swim team has added state qualifiers in two events. Freshman Thomas
Lucak qaulified in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 59.14, which
was good enough for a fourth-place finish in the Clark-Oconee Swimming
and Diving Invitational. McIntosh finsihed 10th out of 29 teams competing
in the meet.
