Registration for Father-Daughter Dance underway The Peachtree City Parks and Recreation Dept will sponsor the third annual Father-Daughter Dance Saturday, Feb. 8, from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Gathering Place off McIntosh Trail. Registration begins Jan. 15. Plan on registering early; last year the event sold out in three days. The cost is $30 per couple and includes a corsage for each princess, a variety of finger foods, special memory photo, party favors and more surprises. All daughters ages 6 to 12 escorted by their dads are advised to wear their dancing shoes. Dads can register at the Parks and Recreation Department off McIntosh Trail Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or at the Kedron Recreation Center Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. or 1-5:30 p.m. on Sundays.
