Robbery victim feels safer

I am the other daughter of the 48-year-old man and the older sister of the 14-year-old girl who were robbed [The Citizen, Dec. 4]. I was present at the incident along with our 14-year-old cousin.

We were most recently informed of the apprehension of the two men and are glad to say we will probably be returning to your wonderful city again.

We were robbed at my aunt's house [while] visiting family for Thanksgiving. My cousin and I were not listed as victims, as nothing of ours was taken. But we do know we shall return.

I feel safer [that] these men are off the street, and I hope they stay that way for a long time. Anyone who could do something [like] that [to] a young girl like my cousin or my sister should be locked up for life and then some.
