Admission to Callaway Gardens is free next Thursday
To pay homage to one of its founders, admission to The Gardens at Callaway will be free on Cason J. Callaway's birthday, Wednesday, Nov. 6. To mark the occasion, organ concerts are scheduled at the Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapel from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and from 2-4 p.m. While you're visiting, see the Birds of Prey program at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the Discovery Amphitheater adjacent to the beautiful Virginia Hand Callaway Discovery Center. Callaway, a man-made landscape in a unique natural setting, was conceived and created by Cason J. Callaway and his wife, Virginia Hand Callaway, for the benefit of mankind.
