Peachtree City resident Carrie Runnals always used to doodle a character she called "The Dude." Her husband and father liked the character and encouraged her to do something with it. She began to put sayings with it and decided that maybe the right venue for "The Dude" was a greeting card.

Why I will never make it as a critic

Ebert and Roeper have nothing to worry about. I will not be nipping at their heels anytime soon with quotes ready made for movie advertisements. I will never be a legitimate film critic. I like too many things and can see positive elements in things that are not very good.
