PTC UMC youth get ready for Mad Science camps

Peachtree City United Methodist Church is getting ready to explore the earth, codes, machines, chemistry, animals, and photography at Mad Science Summer Camps.

Two sessions will be offered for children in first-fifth grades. Session #1 will be held July 22-26 and Session #2 is July 29-Aug. 2. Camp will meet Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The cost is $175 per week and discounts are available for multiple children.

Campers attending Session #1 will learn about the science behindsports, nature,space, creating mad messages, and earth awareness. Session #2 will concentrate on junior engineers, machine mania, crazy chemistry, the birds and the beasts, and shutter bugs. Registration is due by Monday, July 15.
