How about 'Jim Watson is innocent until proven guilty'?

In response to Lynn Williams' letter about Jim Watson trial:

I am neither a friend nor relative of Mr. Watson. I am only a citizen concerned about the constitutional right of a person being presumed innocent until proven guilty.
