Talk to seniors at Center to get accurate picture I'm Miriam De Pena, activities assistant and driver of Fayette Senior Services for two years. I consider myself an experienced and mature individual, capable of discerning the management of any business or organization, especially, those related with customer or educational services. I consider my supervisor, our administrator, and director, the same as all the other members of the staff, capable and dedicated hard working individuals. Therefore, I'm very proud and satisfied to work with them every day. I personally think they are overloaded with responsibilities and with all the different programs and services they offer to the seniors. However, for the wide diversity of duties they manage, they are doing an excellent job. We do need a bigger center and more staff and volunteers to be able to provide a more excellent assistance. My hope and prayer is that all the false gossip and personal bitterness spreading around our county won't affect this future project the one so many seniors benefit from and depend on daily. For a more accurate and truthful judgment concerning the efficiency and the good management of Fayette Senior Services, I would recommend visiting us during working hours and interview clients and other staff members for their current opinion.
