Saddened by untimely passing

I was shocked and saddened by the untimely passing of a great American, Mr. Dave Hamrick.

Your publication and the general population who had the privilege to read and appreciate his insightful opinion column will find it extremely difficult to have the same enthusiasm that I have enjoyed and looked forward to every Wednesday morning for so many years.

May the perpetual light shine upon and God bless Dave and look after his family. He will be greatly missed.
