A little matter of spelling, usage ...

Thank you for the accurate and unbiased report. The correct name of the church is "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints" (beginning with a capital "T" and special note to the "Latter-day" portion).

I'm not criticizing; even many members are not careful about the correct spelling and punctuation.

As members we are referred to as "members of ...," or Latter-day Saints, or the nickname given us by others, Mormons. However, we feel when referring to the church itself, the name should be accurately noted.

Fair and informative articles as appeared in The Citizen are greatly appreciated.
