Charities should clearly spell out costs of giving I agree there should be limits on the amount of help provided the 9/11 "families." That limit should be the amount given by the American public for that purpose. Don't kid yourself nobody gave a single dollar with the thought that 20 to 40 percent was going to administrative cost or that it might be used for future emergencies. I understand that organizations must have mechanisms in place to handle and disperse these funds and that some admin costs are required. Like O'Reilly, I believe they are responsible for stating there will be costs. Without a doubt, if O'Reilly had not covered this story (no other national media covered it) countless millions would be unaccounted for. Gary Stewart Fayetteville
