The Fayette County Wrestling Club, open to children Grades 1 through 8, practices two nights a week in the old Fayette County High School gym. The fee for the season is $80, which goes towards the wrestling card, a t-shirt and the FCHS wrestling team. The club finished second in the state last year. The Soccer Centre in Fayetteville is holding registration for winter indoor youth soccer. There will be teams at a recreation and select level for teams ages under 6-under 19. Phone 770-460-8785 or visit www.fcysl.org/soccercentre

Jingle Bell Trail, Peachtree City Elementary's fifth annual 5K/1 mile fun run and walk. The run will start at 9 a.m. and the walk begins at 9:10 a.m. The fee is $13 before Nov. 26 and $20 after Nov. 26. Phone 770-631-3250.

The 2001 Christmas Break Junior Golf Camp will take place Dec. 21 and 22 for a fee of $80, Dec. 26-28 for a fee of $120 and Jan. 2-4 for a fee of $120. The camps will run from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Lunch, drinks and prizes are included. The camps are open to players ages 6-14. Phone 770-969-4469.

The fourth annual Georgia High School Indoor Soccer Championships will be Jan. 2-4 at The Soccer Centre in Fayetteville. Teams will play the Futbol Rapido format in which games are 25 minutes long and each team is guaranteed four games. 770-460-8785.

System U Speed is now recruiting people interested in the highly competitive sport of inline speed skating. The team is currently practicing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4:30 to 6:30 at the Newnan Skate Palace. The Fayette County Recreation Department will be accepting the names and telephone numbers of any adults who are interested in playing tennis for fun at the Kiwanis Tennis Courts on Redwine Road. For more information call 770-461-9714.
