Greater Solid Rock Baptist Church will host missionary convention November 11-15 The Greater Solid Rock Baptist Church in Riverdale will host the 40th annual meeting of the New Era Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia, Sunday, Nov. 11, through Thursday, Nov. 15. The opening ceremonies will begin with a welcome program on Sunday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m. and will be dedicated to the victims of the Sept. 11 tragedy. In honor of Veteran's Day, a special tribute will be given to all veterans and those currently serving on active duty in the armed forces. Greater Solid Rock is at 5280 Camp Rd. in Riverdale.
