When will pilots wake up?

Thanks for exposing the pilot "babies" to reality ["Delta pilots: What's fair wage for cry babies?" The Citizen, March 28].

As one who worked 30 years as a manager and rarely ever a week under 40-plus hours with no overtime, I wonder just when they will wake up. I certainly hope it is not too late.
