Delta quality being eroded by pilots

Whoever wrote that article hit it right on the head.

I, too, am tired of listening to these people complain as if they were the only ones to have made a sacrifice to keep Delta a notch above the competition. This "notch" is being eroded by the highest paid employee group. A well-written letter.
