Children at FUMC will present Angel Breakfast Dec. 24

The Children's Ministries at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will present an Angel Breakfast in the Family Life Center on Sunday, Dec. 24, from 8:30-10:45 a.m. A pancake breakfast will be served from 8:30-9:45 a.m., followed by a short Christmas play. Christmas carols will be sung from 10-10:15 a.m. and arts and crafts are scheduled from 10:15-10:45 a.m. A live petting zoo will be featured. FUMC schedules blood drive Jan. 21

Members of the Fayetteville First Methodist Church will have a Red Cross blood drive on Sunday, Jan. 21, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. For more information, call the church at 770-461-4313.

Providence UMC youth plan April ski trip

The senior high youth group at Providence United Methodist Church is planning a ski trip to Breckinridge, Colo., April 1-5, 2001. Cost for the trip is $575 and includes air fare, lodging, lifts, equipment and most meals. A deposit of $150 is needed to reserve a space. For more information, call Allan Todd at 770-719-8800.

Seniors invited to join 'McFolks' at MRBC

Senior adults in the community are invited to be a part of the 'McFolks' group at McDonough Road Baptist Church. The group participates in out-of-town trips, local get-togethers, and has its own choir at the church. The Senior Singing Adult Choir meets on Wednesday mornings. Providence UMC offers high school Bible study class

Alpha Omega, a Bible study class for students in senior high school, meets every Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. in the Rockspray Log House in Peachtree City.
