How to stop Pavilion thefts

Subject: ways to make less thefts at the Fayette Pavilion.

I have a way to fix the theft problem. Put alarms on the cars (owners' choice). Put video cameras outside of the stores to view the parking lot. Suggest the customers cover up any items such as money or presents and put them under the seat or cover it up. If more cars are stolen, it might be safer to shop online.
