The following arrests were reported by local law enforcement agencies for the past week. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty. Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Thursday, Aug. 24 through Tuesday, Aug. 29 Wayne Marshall Williams, 51, of Kite Road, Fayetteville for obstruction of a police officer. Linda Gail Young, 44, of Hammond Wood Circle, Marietta for passing a bad check. Michael Anthony Bell, 23, of Cali Avenue, Conley for violation of parole and possession of cocaine. Troy Cornelius Boykin, 22, of Arlington Avenue, Atlanta for possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Napolean Dowdell, 50, of Vermarth Road, Jacksonville, Fla. for trafficking in cocaine, theft by receiving stolen property and removing an ID marker to conceal the identity of a vehicle. Melvin Cornelus Dudley, 34, of Burkshire Place, Fairburn for trafficking in cocaine, obstruction of a police officer, theft by receiving stolen property and removing or falsifying an ID marker to conceal the identity of a vehicle. Rodderick Jabbar Williams, 32, of Chattanooga, Tenn. for theft by receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), trafficking in cocaine and removing an ID marker to conceal the identity of a vehicle. Alonzo Wright, 21, of Martin Street, Atlanta for possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Brandon Denard Barnes, 18, of Kenridge Parkway, Decatur for theft by receiving and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Bobby Bridges Clark, 66, of Line Crest Road, Ellenwood for theft by conversion. Victor Emmanuel Debroux, 43, of Plantation Road, Fayetteville for simple assault (family violence). Manuel Hernandez, 33, of Rails Way, Norcross for driving without a license. Jose Isabel Hernandez-Garcia, 39, of Bill Hart Road, Newnan for driving with a suspended license. John Arthur McCullough, 56, of Galway Bend, Tyrone for simple battery (family violence). Monday, Aug. 28-Tuesday, Aug. 29 Daniel Latrice Brown, 32, of Woodruff Road, Fairburn for driving with a suspended license and a stop sign violation. Casey Gordon Cantrell, 23, of Highland Falls Drive, Hiram for violation of probation. Roger Allen Cheek, 22, of Mallory Road, College Park for violation of probation. Jonathan Bret Cole, 25, of Ga. Highway 16, Sharpsburg for violation of probation. Kenny Jackson Cooper, 27, of Gordon Street, Thomaston for passing a bad check. Johnathan Hugh Fenn, 35, of Latona Drive, Atlanta for theft by receiving stolen property, three counts of aggravated assault, and one count each of reckless driving, removing or falsifying an ID to conceal the identity of a vehicle and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
