David Phillip Richardson, 77, Alpharetta, died Aug. 29, 2006. He was born Oct. 24, 1928 in Fulton County. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Shell Richardson and a sister, Nellie Clyatt. Services were at the Carmichael-Hemperley chapel with the Rev. Dr. Jim Willis officiating. Interment was at Holly Hill Cemetery, Fairburn. Survivors include sons, Michael and Paula Richardson, Senoia, and Bobby and Tammy Richardson, Newnan; daughters, Nancy and Terry Corley, Tarpon Springs, Fla., Peggy and Dennis Broome, Douglasville; a brother, J. C. Richardson, Gainesville, Ga.; a sister, Sara Battle, Hampton; grandsons, Christopher Corley, Mikey Richardson, and Adam Broome; and granddaughters, Loren Corley, Megan Richardson, Brandy Broome, and Gaberial Moore. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
