Danny Larry Ivey, 53, Greenville, Ga., died Aug. 25, 2006. He was born Nov. 8, 1952 in Fulton County. Graveside services were at the Hopewell Cemetery, Tyrone, with Preacher Wesley Hung officiating. Survivors include his wife, Beth Ivey, Greenville; sons, Joseph C. and Mandi Ivey, Woodbury, Daniel B. Ivey and Michael L. Ivey, both of Greenville; grandchildren, Chrystal L. Ivey, and Joseph C. Ivey Jr.; mother, Sara C. Ivey, Fayetteville; and sisters, Shirley Poli, Oregon, Sara Pounds, Palmetto, Nancy Elijah, Canton, and Linda Perry, Brooks. Memorial donations may be made to the Danny Ivey Assistance Fund at any Wachovia Bank. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
