Sarah Elizabeth Lambert, 29, Palmetto, died Aug. 13, 2006. She was born May 25, 1977 in Fulton County. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Theodore and Margaret Barge Grubbs, and Dudley James Lambert Jr., and a cousin, Amanda Leigh Lambert. She was a member of the steering committee to raise funds for the building of a new church facility for the Palmetto Baptist Church. Services were at the Palmetto Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Jimmy Orr, the Rev. Sammy Orr, and the Rev. Chris Gould officiating. Survivors include her parents, Frank and Karen Grubbs Lambert, Palmetto; brothers, John Lambert, and Philip Lambert, of Palmetto; and grandmother, Jacqueline Lambert, Palmetto. Memorial donations may be made to the Building Fund, Palmetto Baptist Church, 504 Center Street, Palmetto, GA 30268. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
