Kitty Lou Radcliff, 80, Union City, died Aug. 10, 2006. She was born June 19, 1926 in Los Angeles, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband, Col. Owen E. Radcliff, and a brother, Don Wallen. Services were at the Kent Forest Funeral Home, Panama City, Fla., with interment at Forest Lawn Memorial, Panama City, Fla. Survivors include daughters, Gail Nelson, Austin, Texas, Jan and Ray Bates, Liberty Hill, Texas, Kim and Mike Smith, Lawton, Okla., and Lee Anne and Randall Ryan, Peachtree City; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brothers, Herman H. Wallen, Carlsbad, N. M., and Robert Wallen, Ukiah, Calif. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
