Larry Davis of College Park and Ms. Omega White of Fairburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Tandra Sherraye Davis, to Vincent Parker Phillips III, son of Mrs. Bertha Phillips Furcron of Atlanta and the late Vincent Charles Phillips II.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lydia Clark Lewis of Bradley, Fla. and the late Willie Kirkland of Jacksonville, Fla., and the late Walter Davis and Mrs. Ora Lee Davis, of Bradley, Fla. She attended Georgia State University and Oklahoma State University. She is the owner of Care Medical of Georgia in Fayetteville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Rev. and Mrs. George Parker of Ridgeland S.C., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Charles Phillips Sr. of Kingston, Jamaica. He is a graduate of Georgia State University and John Marshall Law School, where he earned a juris doctorate degree in law. He is currently the owner of The Law Office of Vincent Phillips and BME Recordings.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, Aug. 19, 2006, in Jonesboro.

After a honeymoon, the couple will reside in Fairburn.
