David and Denise Jenkins announce the marriage of their daughter, Whitney Jenkins, to Adam Rodes, son of Art Rodes of Stockbridge and Jan Rodes of Louisville, Ky. The wedding was May 13, 2006, at Rhodes Hall on Peachtree Street in Atlanta, with the Rev. Steve Roach conducting the ceremony. A reception followed at Rhodes Hall.

The bride is the granddaughter of Everette Webb and the late Margaret Webb of Fayetteville, and the late Paul and Mildred Jenkins of East Point. She is employed at Market Place Color in Atlanta.

The groom is the grandson of the late Erma and Everette King and Jim and Miriam Rodes. He is employed at Wells Fargo in Alpharetta.

After a honeymoon in Costa Rica, the couple now resides in Duluth.
