The Home Source Realtors continues its rapid growth as four Realtors affiliate with the Peachtree City and Fayetteville General Brokerage offices.

Kim Potts and Donna Beauford are now among the full-time real estate professionals with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City.

A Georgia native and nine-year resident of Sharpsburg, Potts brings extensive mortgage experience. She most recently was affiliated with the Fayette County school system. Potts’ family includes her husband Ken and two young adult children. Her hobbies include reading and home improvement.

Beauford’s extensive business skills include retail sales and management experience. She is a native of Birmingham and a graduate of the University of Alabama.

A 15-year Georgia resident, Beauford and her husband now live in Tyrone. They attend Peachtree City First Methodist Church.
Kevin Schult and Debbie Ward are now Realtors with The Home Source Realtors Fayetteville General Brokerage office.

Schult, a seven year Fayette resident, is also a Registered Appraiser. He is a former collegiate baseball player in Chicago, and for several years was affiliated with a fitness center in Washington state. He and his wife Rachelle and twin daughters reside in Peachtree City where they attend First United Methodist Church. His hobbies include biking, coaching youth girls softball and soccer, and volunteering at Peeples Elementary.

Ward, a Georgia native, attended Georgia Southern University and has been a licensed Realtor since 1997. She formerly was a top producing Realtor in Dublin, Ga.

Ward is past president of the Dublin Board of Realtors, is a Life Member of the Dublin Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, and has earned additional recognition for high sales volume.
Her family includes two adult children. A resident of Fayetteville, she enjoys outdoor activities including golf and tennis.
