Fadeley named President of Wieland Financial Services

Keith Fadeley has been named President of Wieland Financial Services, the mortgage banking division of John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods.

Fadeley joins Wieland Financial Services after five years as Executive Vice President of Coats & Co., a Birmingham-based mortgage company with offices in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi. Prior to that, he was National Account Manager for Freddie Mac and president of a full-service retail and mortgage banking firm with a servicing portfolio in excess of $1 billion. “From production to operations, Keith has experience in virtually every avenue of the mortgage business,” says Wieland Executive Vice President Richard Bacon. “His extensive knowledge is an asset to the Wieland family of companies and will lead Wieland Financial to achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction and revenue.”

A 16-year resident of Lilburn, GA, Fadeley is an active member of his local and professional community, serving as a board member and past president of Brookwood Youth Basketball Association, a board member and treasurer of the Rivermist Homeowners Association and on the board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia (MBAG), including as an officer for 3 years. In 1993, MBAG named Fadeley Member of the Year and in 2001 he was named Volunteer of the Year by Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation. Keith graduated with a degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University, where he later served for six years on the Alumni Board of Directors.
